Luisa Vaquero is a compassionate and caring individual with a strong passion for empowering others. As a driven and smart student of physical therapy, Luisa is dedicated to helping people overcome challenges and achieve optimal wellness. With her empathetic approach and commitment to delivering personalized care, Luisa is poised to make a positive impact in the lives of her patients and the community.

Michael Cooney

Mike brings a hands-on, patient-centered approach, combining a strong foundation in physical rehabilitation with experience in personal training. He is passionate about helping patients recover, regain mobility, and return to doing what they love. He takes pride in blending movement-based rehab with a real-world understanding of the body to support each individual’s healing journey. Outside the clinic, Mike stays active through weight training, yoga, outdoor sports, and volunteer EMT work—always expanding his skills to better serve the community.

Amy Giudice

Amy Giudice has been an integral part of Apollo Health since its inception, working alongside Dr. Giudice since 2003. With over two decades of experience, Amy manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the practice running smoothly — from organizing internal systems to supporting team coordination and executive planning. Her leadership and vision help shape the heart of the Apollo Health experience.

Amy is deeply passionate about natural health, functional wellness, and clean, toxin-free living. A true biohacker at heart, she has been gluten-free and paleo for more than 20 years and is constantly exploring new ways to support optimal health through holistic, evidence-based approaches.
